What we collect when you book a call
Your name, email, brand, website or Instagram, budget, anything you tell us in the notes, your time zone, and which ad or link brought you to us. We use these only to arrange and prepare for your consultation, and to follow up about it.
Your booking is kept in our Google Workspace calendar and email, and we’re notified by email through Resend. We keep these details for as long as we’re in touch about a project, and delete them on request.
Cookies and similar technology
Always on, because the site needs them: Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a booking comes from a person, not a bot. Your browser also remembers your cookie choice.
Only with your permission: the Meta Pixel. It tells us which of our Instagram and Facebook ads bring visitors and bookings, so we show our ads to the right people. If you accept and then book a call, we also send Meta a scrambled (hashed) copy of your email so the booking can be matched to the ad. Visitors in the UK, the EU and Switzerland are asked first; elsewhere it runs unless you turn it off below.
Done. The Meta Pixel won’t load on your next visit.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your details, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to how we use them. Email us and we’ll reply within a month. If you’re in the UK you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
